I am a first year Ph.D. student in Parks, Recration, and Tourism Management at Clemson University. My concentration area is travel and tourism. I am particularly interested in tourist consumption behavior, virtual tourism experience, tourism marketing. I got my master degree in Recreation Management at Da-Yeh University in Taiwan. My master’s topic is “The Relationship among Socioeconomic Status, Vacation Lifestyle and Consumer Behavior. Since obtaining my master’s degree, I have worked at different jobs, mainly in the tourism industry, that have given me a wider spectrum of experiences. Recently, I am interested in investigating the impacts of virtual experiences of Second Life on tourism decision-making.
